You need an account to buy or listen to anything. You must be at least 13 years old to hold one, you must give an email address you control, and you must confirm it with the code we send — an unconfirmed account cannot sign in.

Your username is public and must not impersonate anyone. Your password is yours to keep secret; anything done through your account is treated as done by you until you tell us otherwise.

Buying an audiobook buys a personal, non-transferable licence to listen to it through Srutolipi. It does not transfer ownership of the recording or the underlying work, and it does not include the right to download, copy, re-record, broadcast, or share the audio.

Titles can be added and withdrawn from the catalogue. A title you have bought stays available to you while we retain the rights to distribute it; if that ever ends, we will tell you.

Prices are shown before you confirm. We price every purchase server-side at the moment you buy, so the amount charged is the amount displayed. Wallet credit is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka and is not exchangeable for cash.

Refund eligibility follows the return policy in force at the time of purchase, which is shown in your purchase history.

Do not record, capture, rip, or redistribute audio from the platform. Do not attempt to bypass playback protections or licence checks. Do not share your account credentials. Do not use automated means to download the catalogue.

We may suspend an account we believe is doing any of these while we look into it.

We aim to keep Srutolipi working but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance happens, and so do failures.

When we change these terms we publish a new version with a new date. Continuing to use your account after that date means the new version applies to you. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will ask you to accept it explicitly rather than assume it.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Doing so ends your licences to purchased titles. We keep the records we are legally required to keep, as described in the Privacy Policy.
